On 31 May, I tried making Nasi Ulam for three. Two weeks later, a few friends and I attempted to make it for THIRTY.
Watch as we scale up from a small family meal to cooking a massive feast of authentic traditional Peranakan Nasi Ulam for 30 people, mixing everything by hand on traditional banana leaves.
