Let’s eat Nasi Ulam
On 31 May, I tried making Nasi Ulam for three. Two weeks later, a few friends and I attempted to make it for THIRTY. There was a lot of cutting to do! We laid the ingredients on banana leaves, put on plastic gloves and mixed everything together with our hands. What a fun feast it was.

P.S. I left out the Kerisik (toasted grated coconut) because not everyone likes it. I do!
