At my desk than at the gym

My exercise regimen has been more stops than starts. I finally started again last night. I joined a Zumba session organised by the Health Promotion Board.
The movements were easier to follow than previous Zumba sessions that I’ve attended at the gym. I have two left feet 🤣 but it was fun. Worked out a good sweat. Hit my target number of steps.
I hope I keep at it.
