You know better than I
A friend asked me what are some of my favourite Christian songs. This is one from among the few I shared. It made me teary hearing it again.
Walking with Father is a journey. It isn’t always easy. Though I don’t always see God or understand his ways, I rest in my Father’s love. I rest in the Son’s bountiful grace, and I rest in the comforting companionship of his Holy Spirit living in me.
I pray that I will keep close to him till the day I close my eyes and he takes me home to be with him.
5 Lord, you alone are my inheritance, my cup of blessing.
You guard all that is mine.
6 The land you have given me is a pleasant land.
